We ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 grinder knowing we wanted leftovers for tomorrow. The owner, Kathy came out to the dinning room and asked how our meal was...I invited her to sit down and visit with us. We raved about how delicious and affordable everything was. We chatted like old friends, she shared that her husband was in back just finishing up making the grinder bread and pizza dough for tomorrow. I knew that it wasn't any processed pre-made bread or pizza crust. This restaurant is worth every penny, Battle Creek support the mom and pop joints...Cavoni's needs to be on the TOP of the list! “ Ordered a turkey sub and it was very good. The bread was some of the best I’ve had. The sandwich was very big and heavy too. There was a lot of meat on it so I felt the price was very reasonable given the amount of food. I would love to see some banana peppers or pepperocini on the menu to add to the sub. Next time I will definitely try the pizza. ”
